To equip learners with the skills to initiate, plan, execute, control, and close projects, enabling them to operate as qualified Project Managers across various industries

Core Knowledge Modules (Learning Units):

These cover the ten key project management knowledge areas.

Practical & Workplace Modules:

These focus on applying the knowledge in real-world scenarios, covering the project life cycle.

    • Project Initiation (Defining objectives, stakeholders)
    • Planning & Preparation (Schedules, budgets, resources, risk mitigation)
    • Execution & Control (Monitoring, leading teams, managing changes)
    • Project Close-Out (Formal closure processes)
Workplace Experience:

A significant component involves practical work, often requiring a logbook of completed workdays (e.g., 75 days) to demonstrate competence.

Assessment:
  • Internal Assessments: Knowledge and practical assessments throughout the learning process.
  • External Integrated Summative Assessment (EISA): A final exam to certify overall competence, ensuring alignment with global standards like PMBOK® and PRINCE2®
